Putting up weight July 26, 2008

Last year in the month of sepmtember i decided to increase my weight, i went to Gym, when i started my weight was 50Kg. i continued my Gym with healthy diet like…drinking one litre of milk a day with 5 to 6 eggs and normal food with fruits… i felt really better because there was good improvement in my body with in a month or tooo…..my weight has increased to 60 Kg by the month of january….now iam maintaining the same 60 kg weight…..i have to put some more weight….so am thinking to go for gym again…….now my target is to acheive 70 Kg.
